 In 2019 I bought my first home here in PEI with my beautiful wife and son. A few years later, I became a first time landlord, when we added one more to our family and purchased our second home on the island.  The process of become a land lord, whether it was going to be short or long term was a scary and frustrating process. It seemed impossible to find someone to entrust our home too, let alone find someone that would show up on time, or get back to us in a timely manor. 

I learned firsthand how a poor property manager can turn a simple rental into a source of constant stress. Poor tenant screening, missed appointments, unclear communication, and a general lack of care left me wondering: why isn’t there a better way to manage properties?

So, I decided to create it.

With a background as entrepreneur, I’ve spent my career solving complex problems with innovative solutions. I realized that the skills I developed in business—leveraging technology, fostering clear communication, and delivering exceptional customer experiences—could transform property management on the Island. That’s how PEI Property Management was born.
